Conor Cusack
Conor facilitates co-creative processes between members to build capacity and effective strategy across geographies, issues, and movement spaces. They love developing the tools, relationships, and narratives that not only achieve policies for a better world, but that build the power to make that other world possible and lasting.

Erica Flores
Erica leads our agriculture hub and energy democracy hub, including guiding our 2023-2024 Farm Bill campaign. She strives to build deep relationships with members and facilitate effective collaboration to propel action on climate solutions to equitably decarbonize the Midwest.
Strategic Director
Gail Francis
As Strategic Director, Gail helps members go deep to address the underlying causes of our climate crisis, and directs RE-AMP’s programs. She scans the horizon for threats and opportunities, and brings our Network’s best thinking to the challenge of equitably eliminating greenhouse gas emissions in the Midwest. She holds a Master of Science in Systems Thinking and Practice, and is the founder of RE-AMP’s Systems Thinking Academy.
Chief Executive Officer
Melissa Gavin
As RE-AMP’s Chief Executive Officer, Melissa is responsible for overseeing all programs and operations of the RE-AMP Network, and guiding the Network toward its North Star goal of equitably eliminating greenhouse gas emission in the Midwest by 2050.

Vanessa Pacheco
Vanessa supports the mission of our network by facilitating encounters that prioritize our collective wellbeing. She loves having the opportunity to invest in the knowledge and capacity that our members build together for an equitable and just climate future.
